PicoDrive, In-Menu Controls config...

So, does anyone know a way to edit the in-menu part of the emulator itself to acknowledge X as the accept and O as the back buttons? Or is it stuck with O as accept and X as the back buttons. And I don't mean in-game, I mean when you go into the emulator and select things within it, can you use the X button for all that instead of the O button, I've tried to find a way to change it but only can find the in-game control configuration menu.

You do that in the recovery menu.

Hold R while you turn your PSP on.

that's for the psp itself, that has nothing to do with the PicoDrive menu.

True, but it will change X to O and vice versa.

I have my PSP set to X in the recovery menu, and the PicoDrive menu still uses the O, it must be a setting in the PicoDrive itself, half of my emulators use the O button while the others use the X, so it must be a setting in the emulators and I'm just trying to find a way to change this setting. I've looked in the config file, I've looking in the menu's configurations area, I've looked in the eboot itself, I can't figure out where the setting would be.

It is mostlikely preset in the eboot meaning you can't change it.
