How to put PS1 games on PSP

I have recently downgraded my PSP to CFW 3.71 M33 and was wondering how to put PS1 games onto the memory stick.

I just downloaded Resident Evil 3 and was wondering how to put it on the PSP, do you just drag it to the ISO folder on the memory stick??

Sorry about all the questions but I'm kinda clueless.

It already is an eBOOT, I just get a message saying that this program cannot be started.

That error usually means Wrong Kernel.

Press and hold R while your PSP boots up(Full Power off) Scroll down to "Plugins ->" and Enable Popstation.prx.

No worries bud, Resident Evil 3 is running fine on it now. Just gotta work out how to get Triple Triad running.

Well it gets past the intro and then I get a blank black screen.
