the games are going in the iso folder and they are showing up in the game /memory stick but when i select the game it shuts down, could it be something in the recovery menu?
this is what i've got in configuration..

game folder - 3.90 kernel
autorun program - disabled
umd mode - sony np9660 no umd

maybe try running pandoras memstick creator on your memstick again. i had something like that happen to a friend and that worked. and also make sure your getting your iso/csos(game backups) from a reliable source.
The original Equ1ox since 1997.

others who have used the same .cso's have managed to get them to work but from what i've heard it could be the set up of the recovery menu, not using a pandora, my psp is a fat with 150/3.90m33 kernels, seem to be so many possible configurations in the recovery menu and feel i've tried the all. this is dong my head in now.

help!

What do you need a tut on? A few suggestions were offered in this thread.

My current setup in recovery (Configuration menu) is:

UMD Mode (currently: OE isofs legacy -NO UMD-)
Fake Region (currently: America)
Free UMD Region (currently: Disabled)

My suggestion is that the games might be from another region. I'd try messing with the UMD mode settings while keeping a UMD in the drive. I'd also tinker with the fake region setting. Changing to Europe might just do the trick. I'd try reading any info from where you got the .iso files from (if you downloaded them). Sometimes people outline specific things you need to do to run them. Hope that helps.
