Ok, so i got this psp but its got FW 3.50 and i cant get ahold of Lumines how can i dowgrade? could i like upgrade to a FW that is downgradable with no Cd Reqirements.

ok i tried to make a pandoras battery the 'Hard' way and i try to charge it but the red light that says it chargin just blinkx
