mek a rom folder nd put in der
den wen u boot up ur emulator u search in dat folder..
wht fw u running?

The emulator should be located at MS0:/PSP/Game/Emulator Folder/
Just put the bios.bin in that same folder that the EBOOT,PBP file is located in.
