FS 2004 Mouse look

Does anyone know how to enable mouse look in the virtual cockpit in flight simulator 2004?

I love the FS series but this issue is really bothering me... I cant get to all the controls and I dont like the panel view as much... Now that i think about it u might not be able too....that would suck
