Error Message 80020148 HELP

It's been a few weeks since this has happened but I will do my best to eloborate.

My psp knows its a UMD and when I highlight it in the menu it plays the cutscene. It loads the gameboot, but then goes black and says "The game could not be started 80020148."

This only happens when I try to play GTA:VCS.

I'm running 3.53 M33, and installed a XMB.

ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRICIATED!.

I'm leaving for Europe tomorrow and might kill myself if I don't have my psp.

make sure you have a high enough firmware and that the game is not messed up also check the recovery menu and make sure that is set up correct
