Well, for starters, you're going to need a pandoras battery set.
After which you obtain those, you'll be able to downgrade any PSP.
To get a pandoras battery, you can either; 1) hardmod your own battery or 2) softmod it, using another PSP with CFW on it.
It's easier with option number two. Oh, and, I WOULD NOT recommend giving your money at pspblender. They're a scam.
They use bitTorrents so you can download your ISO file.
To use an ISO game/file, you must first have CFW (Custom FirmWare). Once you have it, create an ISO folder on the root of the memory stick, and stick whatever game you have in there.
