Instructions:
- Obtain 13-27.bmp and flash it to flash0:/vsh/resource
- Copy one of the plugins to seplugins and enable in vsh.

i cant download the file to see the contents cause it gives me a corrupted file error, but i'll try and help anyway.

Are you on 4.01 M33 firmware?

1. Hold the Right Trigger button while you turn on your psp to access the recovery menu.
2. Connect your psp to your computer via toggling flash0.
3. Paste the 13-27.bmp file inside of Flash0:/vsh/resource.
4. Disconnect and then toggle a usb connection (to put files on your mem stick).
5. Create a folder in the root of your memory stick entitled seplugins. (the root will be the first window that comes up)
6. Paste one of the plugins into your seplugins folder.
7. Disconnect and then look for an option that allows you to enable the plugin you just pasted.
8. Exit the recovery menu.

This is optional but if you havent already done so, you can enable an option in recovery that will allow you to access the vsh menu from the psp's xmb by pressing the select button.

Hope that helps
