3.03OF Downgrade?
Is there a way to downgrade 3.03OF to 1.50? Other than using the GTA UMD?

So that he could upgrade to custom firmware.
Anyways, the only other ways are the 3.50 downgrader which uses a Lumines exploit (similar to the GTA exploit) and pandoras battery with magic memory stick.
You can find these in the tutorials section "Ultimate starters guide"
