Flash Player for PSP?

So I know I can enable flash for the browser but I would like to play a .swf file without being connected to the internet. Like maybe a homebrew swf player?

Any ideas?

Get a hold of the .swf file and put it on your memory card.
Access it by going to file://filename.swf on your PSP browser.
