Any firmware version changer compatible w/ OE-C?

3.0X OE Easy Version Changer v4 can change your firmware information if I'm not mistaken. I checked this homebrew app out and it only gives options for OE-A and OE-B. My PSP firmware version is OE-C, is there any particular app such as this that works for OE-C? If so where is it? I tried searching on Google but I haven't gotten good results.
