psp wont start unless I start it up via recovery mode

DON'T USE CAPS THEY ARE ANNOYING. But I'd suggest downgrading back to 1.50 since something in your flash or something messed up. Then re-upgrade back up to 3.40 OE. This is a (help) question. Try that and see what happens.
