Remote Joy Lite

Connect your PSP to your PC through USB and use your computer as your PSP screen! (i dont know how well older versions worked, but this updated one works perfect).

Ok, seriously, best app ever. I'm waiting for my new tv and psp cable to be delivered, but in the mean time, this is awesome... and works perfectly!

This looks like a great program but I am not sure what files I have to put on the PSP and in what particular folder; can anyone help?

Except you don't need another special cable.

Anyone know where I have to put what file on my PSP? I'm just getting a black screen when I boot up Joy on my PC....

To get it to properly run, you need the prx installed on your psp, the usb driver for your psp, and the remote joy pc application.

do a google search. prx's are files that make up the firmware of the psp. custom prx's can also be written and used as plug-ins, such as remote joy lite.

So is there a walkthrough as to how to get this running step by step or not? Seems weird that someone would go through all this trouble to code this program and then not make a clear guide as to how to use it and what you need.

the prx file goes in your plugins folder. you need to edit your plugins file as well so your psp knows the file is there. on top of this you need to download the psp firmware extender and install the psp plugin packaged with that.

if this is still over your head then you need to do a little research on how your psp works with plugins... i got all the information i know off the net...
