Hello guys, & gals! I bring good news!
RoxPaint! is finally in a release with enough features to really be worth it.

For those of you who don't know what V1.0 had I'll give a full feature list.

Features:

Ablity to load an image(Restricted by Lua to JPG, & PNG, and no more than 512x512)
--Ablity to have custom image pasting(You can set where on the canvas you want the image to go)
--Ablity to see a preview of the image(Hold Triangle)

-Has a Menu
-Has a 6 second Intro
-Three different line sizes

Thats all for now, but try it out! Reading a list is no fun.

Speaking of which, here is a list of future features:

Ablity to load custom fonts(.TTF files of course)
Ablity to choose file name
Custom Transparency setting
BGM!!!!!!!

You still didn't include LUA player with it.
That's what you need to do and edit the LUA Player Eboot to have a custom Icon0 and title.
EDIT: I still couldn't get it to work on my Slim.
