Menu Screen

I found the NesterJ menu screen on accident (L button during game), and I was wondering if the SNES emulator (the one by "Y" I think) had the same deal. In the NesterJ menu, you can underclock the CPU, so I'd like to know if you can ramp it back up to 333Mhz for the SNES emulator?
I wish that someone would put in a good ReadMe file for the emulators, instead of the barely translated installation instructions.
Anyway, any help would be great.
