My guess is your "gizmo" is no good. I never heard of such a device that does such a thing. I hope you didn't pay much for it.

All you should need to mod a phatty is Pandora Battery Creator on your modded slim, the battery from the phatty in your slim and a good tutorial. (check our tutorial section)

Take your time and read carefully.

Good luck.

Oh and update the firmware on your slim to at least 3.90.
The programmers you will one day be looking to hire are the ones reading the tech news sites right now.

I've seen them on youtube before. Has a switch to make it normal/Pandora. Probably broke or something. Better to use the Pandora maker.
