Is PSP 3000 Woth it?

I have hear it has display flaws. Is it worth getting? Or should I get a PSP 2000 instead?

Right now, it would be.
There's word of a HEN coming soon. (That means homebrew enabler)
If you have access to a PSP-2000, go for that one, instead, get the PSP-3000.
