You can put all the homebrew you want on it. but with OFW it will not run at all. You need to run CFW (Custom Firmware)

The 3002 is a 3000 but a different region.
And yes, you can and you don't need CFW (Custom firmware) as stated earlier. In fact, that's impossible to get it on a 3000.

u can use the chickHEN, and then install GEN on a psp 3000.. oh and it works...
