Hi, I am new here, i did search for awhile about how to cheat games on psp; but i could not find it.

If i post in the wrong section, please move and please take my deeply apologies.

I saw some people who posted their game saves on gamefaqs. they are unbelievable. I am sure that they cheated but how they did it?

Does anyone know how to cheat games on psp? i found a website where you can find many codes but they did not tell me which program i should use in order to use them.

My psp has not modded yet. do i need to mod my psp in order to use cheat?

I believe the only way is to mod your PSP. I know that there are programs like CWCheat or Cheat Up for PSP that will allow the use of cheat codes.

If you mod your PSP, you're able to play games that homebrew developers, like me, create! You can also run back-ups of games that you own so you don't have to carry around the UMD's wherever you go. You can also install custom themes!
There's no downside to modding your PSP unless you try to change stuff that you have no idea as to what you are doing. Several people have deleted important files off of their PSP's because they thought they knew what they were doing. So, unless you know for certain that you're an advanced user, don't edit any system files. Other than that, you're all good!
