wmv/mpeg/avi player for psp?

wmv/mpeg/avi player for psp?

is there such a thing yet? cuz it's a pain to convert movies to mpeg4 sinc ethey always end up too large, not to mention it takes hours to convert a video that is an hour and a half long

I don't believe there is, at least not on dl.qj. Assuming the video was at a standard resolution to begin with, they should actually end up smaller in file size if you're encoding for the PSP. And converting times for the PSP is reliant of your computer.

yeah, just use the SUPER converter it makes these things a snap.

What about WINAVI?

I use WINAVI 3GP, PSP, MP4 converter, and its great! Its kinda fast, and the file size is pretty small. :)

dude i use that but the resolution always comes out crap do you know how to fix this?

SUPER's webpage is kind of creepy... why are they trying to convince me to install it...

doesn't seem like true free software, is it full of ad-ware or other crap?

while it would be nice if there was a homebrew app that could play them I feel this is something Sony should take care of. At least have DivX support build into the firmware. I hate having to convert everything from avi to mp4 as well. Thats why my PSP never has any movies on it. I would love to watch them but not going to wast time converting as my car and home dvd players play divx.
