how do you do a sword slice teleport on halo 2

I got these ceats off of gamerevolution.com but when I try them they dont work I do not know if I am doing it wrong or some pirson just wants to pull a joke. it says that you can use the rocket loncher to shoot yourself across the level and right after you do that then you take out your sword and slice and your suposed to be shot at the other side please help.

okay to do this you need an empty rockect launcher and the energy sword in slot 2. aim at a person with the rockect launcher so the aimer turns red, press r and quickly switch to the sword. It takes some practice, it took me a while to learn it

thankyou it would have taken me for ever to figure that out because the instructions i got had nothing like that.
