Anyone else work out? I used to every day for about an hour and a half. I was very buff. Now, I'm just a little buff. I'm going to be hitting the gym almost every day, now. Went yesterday and it felt good.
Wow, very similar to mine! 450 squat, 250 bench, 350 cleans. I don't remember if 350 was my clean max or if it was higher... I haven't maxed out in a long, long time, though. I think I'll be doing more hardcore workouts to get my maxes back up there.
i worked out in high school and college (being centerfield in Rugby in college i kinda had to be in tip top shape) but i havent worked out in a few years now mainly due to my life being what it was and still is
I used to work out in highschool, but once I buffed up I kind of slacked off. I'm started to run now and do some work outs here and there. I don't know my figures but I do more leg workouts for basketball.
