Description:
If you find the PlayStation Portable's default MP3 player a little too bland on the eyes, there's no need to suffer through your entire musical listening experience. Fortunately, homebrew developer sony_psp_player was able to come up with a Lua-based app which allows you to display the CD cover of an album you're currently listening to.
Entitled "Coverflow", the latest build now saves the cover art images loaded from ID3 Tags to the covers folder for faster loading. The new update cuts down the previous versions' image loading time from two seconds to as low as half a second.
Coverflow v2.5 already includes a copy of LuaplayerHM, so don't worry if you can't get it to run properly off the default custom firmware running on your handheld. To install the app, just copy the entire Coverflow folder into your /PSP/GAME directory. Also, make sure you already have existing MP3 files in the /MUSIC folder so you can play them in conjunction with the app.
