Help! I think my wii may be Blocked!

I was on earlier today I Was Playing Brawl on WiFi
and i tried later today and all of a sudden it wont let me on...
any help
it just keeps on poping up the same error code
and im sad
IT WONT CONNECT!!!!
My freinds and I just wanted to play brawl...
on my wifi granting tool on my computer it shows 3 green bars
then they all of a sudden dissapear and the error shows up
PLEASE HELP
I Also have a Wifi USB Connector

Homebrew wouldn't have anything to do with this issue, odds are your router isn't accepting the connection anymore or something like that is happening, I would check my router settings or maybe try a power cycle. I constantly get disconnects over my wifi connection even though my wifi router is less than 5 feet away from my wii, SSBB doesn't have the best servers set up for online play.

I've been cheating big time on Mariokart online... Nintendo isn't blocking anyone. Probably just server issues.
