Ocarina Trouble

i just downloaded the ocarina homebrew and i did the codes and everything with the
code manager but when i tried to start the homebrew on my wii it said "this is not a valid wii application..."
wat does that mean? i downloaded it from here..

Wrong section. This belongs in the Wii forums...

and to answer your question, you probably have the newest version of the homebrew channel, and the ocarina application is an elf file, which the new version doesn't support. search for the dol version of it and that should do the trick.

Ok since its in the help catagory

I want to no is there a file that I can download the old version of the homebrew channel?
Or is there a new ocarina or any other homebrew that would let me use cheats,I don't have the usb gecko..

From what I gather, you don't need USB gecko to use gecko OS. I think it installs on your SD card for use in your Wii. Try it out.
