How do I update to 3.2E

I've got version 3.1E and no internet connection (wireless of lan usb adapter) for my wii to use.
Is it possible to update the console to 3.2E by means of the SD card?

I could try to visit someone with wireless, but I've read somewhere that it will update the concole to 3.4 upon connecting.

If not, I guess it should be possible with cIOS Downgrader... but not completly sure, since I've also read that update 3.2 isnt on the Nintendo servers anymore.

I've updated it through cIOS Downgrader, worked perfectly.
