All the info you need can be found here. If you need more info there are walkthroughs on youtube and I believe there is a readme file in the packgenerator download. It's really easy. Just go to the pack generator page and choose which files you want to download with the homebrew channel, take those files and transfer them to the root of the sd card and yada yada yada...
