If you have any problems with anyone, PM us and let us know and we'll deal with it. If you so see spamms going on, please don't post saying "YOUR SPAMMING" just let it go and ignore it, don't post anything and us mods/admins will delete it ASAP.

pretty sure its the mods, I totaly agree with mailas and think we should enforce these rules even if the do seem a bit "drastic".

i found it funny on supashays' list that he said bad spelling and above it he spealt SWEARING wrong

yeah... thats the joke if those get posted up in any way other than my post please use that, there is no reason not to have a joke once and awhile even with the rules.

k so you guys have finalized on the rules? If so, i think one of the admins should sticky the rules and notify the members...

Not just yet,
I think just me and pstationp are the only moderators so far that have accepted that certain things will be banned for sure.
We don't have every moderators opinion on it yet.

Right now Im just asking mods and admins to see if this can be enforced or not:

Yea to be more specific:
3 warnings your banned on what ever the topic is:
If you have 3 warnings on graphics section, your signature is banned
if you have 3 warnings on general section, your account is banned,
if you have 3 wanrings on what ever, your XXXX is banned, what ever.

I know Im reaching high levels, but this has gone on too far!

Yes, I do agree that these rules need to be posted up like Mailas said and also need to be enforced!
We should also add no links to your own websites..

Here are some

-Swaering 1st offense=warning,second offesne=3 day ban
-Bad Spelling (:P)= a butt-kicking
-Purposley Racial Remarks 1st offense= Swift and merciless Permanent ban.
-Flamming 1st offesne= 1 week ban, 2nd offesne= 4 week ban, 3rd offesne= Permanent Ban.
-Off-Topic 1st offesne=warning, 2nd offesne= warning 3rd offesne= 1 day ban, 4th offesne=can't have a sig until behavior improves
-Disrespecting Mods and Admins 1st offesne= warning,2nd offense= 2 week ban, 3rd offesne= 1 month ban, 4th offesne= permanent ban
- Banners must be 400X150 1st offesne=warning by pm, 2nd offense= warning, 3rd offense= loss of signature privileges.
-spamming 1st offense= warning 2nd offense= deleted posts and warning, 3rd offense= 1 week ban, 4th offense=loss of sig privileges.
those are just a few, more ideas to come, if you need em.

Also I think it should be against the rules to say something like "That's gay" just because of obvious reasons. Spelling would be nice as well but I don't know how much we can hope for.

Alright, friday march 10th 2006 will be the final day for ideas, then the ideas will be gathered and will be discussed by other mods and admins. Good stuff so far peeps. Maybe we should make "No Bad Grammers" as part of the forum rules, lol

You know guys, if you guys end up making up so many reasons on why to ban someone.. you may just also trigger a "no response" action from members also. Do you want an "active" forum or a "non-active" forum? C'mon... people post comments or replies because they feel they got something to say or cast in their .02 cents to agree or disagree.

So let's keep this in mind when we start making reasons on why a person should be banned or not. We don't want a "ghost forum"... that would really suck.
