Language Trouble

WEll u see when i run my SEcret of Mana Rom on the computer using snes9x or w/e its all in english and i can understand it well when i run the exact same one on the emulator for the psp it isn't in english the speaking and everything is in english but it seems the menus are near impossible to make out like when u start a new game u don't even see the letters this goes for Secret of Mana 1 and 2
